Introducing the Cialfo Advisory Board

We pride ourselves on the fact that Cialfo has become synonymous with user-friendly design and all-star customer success. But we never want to take that for granted.

A major milestone

Today, we’re delighted to announce the formation of our new Advisory Board. The preliminary board consists of counselors from some of our hero schools: Taipei American School, and Dhirubhai Ambani International School.

The Advisory Board will help Cialfo guide our product roadmap. They bring to the table a combined century of experience in education, and will join Govin Capital in advising our team.

Dale Ford

Prior to joining BISP in 2016, for 17 years Dale headed the counseling department at Singapore American School, and for 9 years at the Canadian Academy, an international school in Kobe, Japan. Dale has held several international college counseling leadership positions. He was the President of the International Association for College Admission Counseling in 2004-2005 and was a member of the Executive Board for nine years.

Barry Phipps

As Head of College Counseling at Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Barry brings almost 20 years of experience to our board. Barry holds a Masters of Education from the University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Certificate in College Counselling from UCLA, and a Certificate of International Development from the University of British Columbia.

Jeffrey Neill

After earning his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College, Jeff began his career in education, first in admissions but then focusing on English. He earned his masters degree in English from Middlebury College and then moved to college counseling full-time, having found his passion. Jeff is currently working on his doctorate in Education. Jeff is now the Director of College Counseling at Taipei American School.

Exciting times ahead

We’re laser focused on driving breakthrough innovations that’ll help our clients help students more effectively. Over the past year, we’ve introduced new features to Cialfo, from Reports to Resources. The Advisory Board is just another step in the right direction towards more awesome things to come.
